The roller has 4 settings, varying in vibration strength and adjustable by a simple push on the button on the side. You press the muscle group you want to massage against the foam and the electric roller does the rest! This way you can enjoy a relaxing massage and also improve the blood circulation. The roller is rechargeable and comes with an adapter.

Yes, but we do recommend being careful when massaging your back. Don't press too hard and don't stay in one position for too long.
A bright blue LED indicator shows in which vibration mode the roller is. The vibration force increases step by step; each step has its own indicator on the side of the roller. This is also where you find the button to adjust the vibration level.
This foam roller can certainly be used to relieve the muscles in the case of a muscle injury and thus to contribute to injury recovery if possible. However, in the event of a serious muscle injury, it is always advisable to also visit a physiotherapist or GP.
