Simply press the release button to safely remove the cover. This way, you protect both your document and the machine from damage.

5. Take care of your laminated document afterwards

After laminating, it is smart to let your document cool down flat for a while.
Lay it flat or clamp it under a heavy book. This will prevent it from curling up and keep everything nice and flat.

6. Keep your laminator in tip-top shape

• Clean regularly: Clean the rollers occasionally to avoid glue residue and streaks. Don't forget to unplug them first!
• Give your laminator a rest: Do not use the laminator longer than two hours at a time. This will prevent overheating and prolong the life of the device.
