Your order has been processed with the utmost care. Not entirely happy with your purchase or something is wrong? That can happen, of course. At Silvergear, you can simply return your products within 30 days. Read on below to find out how returns work.
Returning
You can return your order to us within 30 days of receipt. If you use your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product with all delivered accessories and in the original state and packaging.
- Send an email to [email protected] and make sure to include your order number.
- You will receive an email from our customer service with a return link
- Follow the return instructions in the e-mail
- Send the package and keep the track&trace code of your return
- You will receive your money back within 14 days once we have received your shipment in good order
Exchanging
Unfortunately, an exchange is not possible. Of course, you can always return the product and order another one, provided the return conditions are met. Is there something wrong with your product? Then we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact [email protected] or call + 31 (0)20 - 261 48 83.
Return conditions
You may return the product to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please read the conditions below carefully.
- The return must be notified within 30 days by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by calling + 31 (0)20 - 261 48 83. You will then receive a link to the returns portal from our employee.
- The return will only be accepted if the packaging and the product(s) are undamaged and the product is in unused (100% new) condition.
- Products that can no longer be sold for health protection/hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery will not be taken back.
- The risk of damage or loss of the product during shipping is always the responsibility of the sender.
- You must pack the parcel properly and sufficiently frank it (insufficient postage will be refused).
Please note that shipping costs are always at your own expense.
Missed delivery address?
Did you accidentally give the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible by phone on + 31 (0)20 - 261 48 83. We will then try to change the delivery address with our carrier.
Refund
We will credit you as soon as possible after registering the return product via the returns portal. This means at the latest within 14 days, upon proof that the product(s) have been returned. If products are returned damaged, we may charge a fee. We will only charge this if the damage is a consequence of the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
Please note: Always make sure you keep the track & trace code to track your return.
