How does the Mandoline Kitchen Cutter work?

This versatile 3-in-1 Mandoline Kitchen Slicer lets you slice, strip and julienne effortlessly! Thanks to its clever design and adjustable settings, you have full control over the shape and thickness of your cuts:

Slice cutting:
Turn the dial clockwise to easily set the desired slice thickness, from 1 to 8 mm.
Slice strips:
Turn the left knob 360 degrees clockwise, then set the dial to a thickness between 4 and 8 mm (ideal: 5-6 mm).
Julienne slicing:
Turn both knobs 360 degrees clockwise and then set the dial to a thickness between 1 and 3 mm. This way, you create perfect, thin julienne strips.

In addition, you can easily choose between thin, medium or thick slicing - all tailored to your dish!

Check that the blades are clean and sharp and that you have set the right cutting thickness. For extra hard vegetables, you can cut off a piece first so you have a flat bottom.
