How to use the Smart Measuring Tape for your Body

1. Link the Fitdays app on your phone to the tape measure
2. Use the 'M' button to set the tape to inches or centimetres
3. Roll the tape loosely around the part of your body you want to measure
4. Click the tape into the device
5. Press the grey button on the side to tighten the tape
6. Press 'M' to send the measurement to the app
7. Or read the result on the screen
8. View the result in the Fitdays app and save if desired
